repository: fixed public owner/repository identifier.
number: public issue number.
url: link to the original public issue.
created_at: UTC creation time returned by GitHub.
closed_at: latest recorded closure time for currently closed issues; null for open issues. Not first closure or effort.
state: open/closed at the page observation time.
state_reason: GitHub's recorded reason, not independently verified resolution; null means unspecified.
observed_at: time that API page was received.

summary.csv contains counts and full-precision median calendar-day intervals, with open-age and closed-duration denominators kept separate. Empty cells mean unavailable, never zero. The JSON manifest records source selection, queries, completeness and timestamps.

No titles, bodies, comments, usernames, customer data or proprietary scores are included. Source records may subsequently change. Follow the study limitations when interpreting the data.
