Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Workflow Inspector collects, how it is
used, and your rights.
Workflow Inspector, operated by WBZKLLC, LLC, provides analytical tools for operations leaders to
identify structural friction and unclear ownership in cross-functional workflows. When you
sign in with Google, GitHub, or an email verification code, we receive verified identity information and manage your session with our own signed, HttpOnly cookie. We do not collect or store passwords for these sign-in methods.
To generate a diagnostic report you submit information about your
workflow — including process descriptions, team structures, and organizational context.
This data is sent to OpenAI to generate your report and stored in our database. Use anonymized examples; do not submit credentials, regulated personal data, classified information, or confidential material you are not authorized to share.
Contact-form submissions include an optional name, email address, topic, and message.
We process them through Resend and store the correspondence in our support mailbox to handle your request.
We retain correspondence as needed for resolution and related service, dispute, or transaction records,
subject to legal retention requirements. You may request deletion through the contact form.
When configured, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags measure page views, funnel activity, and server-verified purchase conversions, alongside first-party attribution records.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full
card number, CVV, or bank account details.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your
intake data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
