Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Workflow Inspector. Please read them before
purchasing or submitting a diagnostic intake.
Workflow Inspector's Handoff Diagnostic is an AI-assisted analytical tool that processes
information you provide about your organizational workflows and produces a written
diagnostic report identifying potential friction points and ownership gaps. Reports are
analytical output, not professional advice. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate,
complete, or applicable to your specific situation.
Access to Handoff Diagnostic report generation requires an active
monthly subscription at $149 USD per month, billed automatically
each month until you cancel. This is a recurring subscription.
Cancel any time from your account dashboard; access continues through the end of
the current billing period. No pro-rating on mid-period cancellations.
SaaS Onboarding Team is $499 USD/month (5 seats, 10 tracked workflows). SaaS Onboarding Organization is $1,199 USD/month (25 seats, 50 workflows, 10 departments). These separate software subscriptions renew monthly until canceled under the workspace subscription terms. Implementation services are not included. Existing SaaS Onboarding Diagnostic subscriptions retain their agreed terms.
The Process Autopsy Report is a standalone report purchase — a one-time
payment of $19 USD with no automatic renewal or recurring billing.
No subscription is created for Autopsy purchases. Autopsy access does not expire while the account is retained. Account or report deletion removes that access.
The SaaS Customer Onboarding Audit costs $199 USD once for one onboarding workflow report, using the same analysis engine and one-report entitlement. It creates no recurring billing relationship.
