Workflow Inspector · Founder
Walter Weaver
Founder of Workflow Inspector, a WBZK, LLC product built to make structural workflow failures visible before they are reduced to a people problem.
What Workflow Inspector examines
Workflow Inspector is designed to examine the structure around work as responsibility moves between people, teams, and systems. The focus is not simply whether a task was completed, but whether the transition preserved the information, ownership, evidence, and authority required for the next step to succeed.
Handoffs & context
Where responsibility changes hands, what information must move with it, and where context can be lost or reconstructed.
Ownership & decision rights
Who owns the next action, who is authorized to decide, and whether acceptance or escalation is explicit.
Systems & evidence
Which systems carry the work, what evidence records what happened, and whether a decision can be reconstructed later.
Why the product exists
Operational failures are often described as communication problems or individual mistakes after the fact. Workflow Inspector takes a different approach: inspect the transition itself. A missing owner, inaccessible context, unclear completion condition, hidden approval, or broken system boundary can produce failure even when every person involved believes they completed their part.
The goal is to make those structural conditions examinable so a team can change the workflow from evidence rather than assumption.
Documented Handoff Diagnostic record
The work has a preserved historical record under the name Handoff Diagnostic. The public provenance record documents the named project, its February 2026 repository history, public deployment record, and the original Handoff Integrity Score methodology. That record is maintained separately from this founder profile so historical evidence is not presented as biography or marketing copy.
