Bring your own authorized marketplace API credentials and a working order import into Shopify. Verify read access and product matches first. Inventory write testing requires an active paid subscription and may still fail if your permissions are insufficient. Real merchant writes and end-to-end timing remain unverified for this release; delivery within seconds is not guaranteed.

Clear ownership of stock
Shopify is the source. Each destination listing or warehouse has one explicit source mapping. Safety stock is subtracted before publishing a quantity. Duplicate destination mappings are rejected.
Your existing order integration must bring every marketplace's sales into Shopify. Disable competing inventory writers before enabling this service. This service does not import orders.
Review before replenishing
Scheduled runs use fresh reads; increases require explicit opt-in. Manual corrections require a preview and confirmation; automatic increases require opt-in and your confirmation that order imports work. Workflow Inspector does not independently verify those imports. Changed or expired previews are rejected; writes are read back and uncertain outcomes pause automation.
External marketplaces cannot be updated atomically. Concurrent sales and API delays can still cause overselling; no zero-overselling claim is made.
Scheduled reconciliation and signed webhooks
Signed Shopify events wake processing immediately; reconciliation also runs every five minutes. Completion depends on mapping count, provider rate limits and response times. Signed Shopify webhooks bring the next check forward. Failed checks remain visible and pause writes until you investigate and resume.
Setup uses customer-supplied authorized API credentials. Technical setup and any provider-required approval are the customer's responsibility. There is no one-click authorization. Shopify and TikTok access tokens must be replaced when expired; Amazon and eBay use seller refresh tokens.
Supports explicit SKU/location/warehouse mappings. Kits, bundles, preorders, FBT inventory and order fulfillment are outside this release. Amazon supports merchant-fulfilled DEFAULT listings; eBay supports published Inventory API offers.
