Who we are

A standalone analysis of one workflow for $19 USD once, with no subscription required. Complete the detailed intake after purchase (typically 20–40 minutes); generation typically takes 2–5 minutes. Report access remains available while your account is retained; account or report deletion removes access.
Personal diagnostic access is $149 USD per month. Team is $499/month for five seats and ten active tracked workflows; Organization is $1,500/month for 25 seats, 50 workflows, and ten departments. These are self-service software plans. Compare workspace capabilities and limits.
How customer data is handled
Workflow Inspector processes information used to operate accounts and purchases, generate workflow analysis, provide email and support functions, measure referral attribution and product usage, administer partner or prospect workflows, and handle optional benchmark contributions. Account sign-in supports Google, GitHub, or email verification codes, with sessions managed directly by Workflow Inspector. Payments are processed by Stripe. Diagnostic intake data is stored in the application's database and is sent to OpenAI's API when AI processing is required to generate a report.
