Workflow Inspector by WBZK, LLC
Built to inspect the structure around the work.
Workflow Inspector is an operations-analysis product operated by WBZK, LLC. It is designed to identify structural friction, unclear ownership, missing context, and decision-right failures where work moves between people, teams, and systems.
Who we are
WBZK, LLC operates Workflow Inspector. The product was founded by Walter Weaver and grew from the Handoff Diagnostic research and product work documented in the site's public provenance record.
The product exists because operational failures are often blamed on people after the fact even when the failure was created by a broken transition: an undefined owner, inaccessible context, unclear completion criteria, hidden approval, or a system boundary that did not preserve the evidence the next person needed.
What the product does
A short screening assessment that helps identify likely structural bottlenecks before a deeper diagnostic.
A structured workflow analysis that examines boundaries, systems, actors, friction evidence, ownership, and decision rights.
A one-time paid deep dive for a completed diagnostic. The current checkout price is $19 USD and does not create a subscription.
The current recurring product is $149 USD per month and includes ongoing diagnostic access while the subscription is active.
How customer data is handled
Workflow Inspector processes information used to operate accounts and purchases, generate workflow analysis, provide email and support functions, measure referral attribution and product usage, administer partner or prospect workflows, and handle optional benchmark contributions. Account authentication is handled through Clerk. Payments are processed by Stripe. Diagnostic intake data is stored in the application's database and is sent to OpenAI's API when AI processing is required to generate a report.
