Be useful. Show the evidence. Disclose the owner.
Ownership and responsibility
The Handoff Review is an editorial and research publication of Workflow Inspector, operated by WBZKLLC, LLC. Workflow Inspector sells software in the area we cover and therefore has a commercial interest. This relationship appears on every publication page. We do not present ourselves as an independent assessor of Workflow Inspector.
Evidence before headlines
Original studies state their question, population, time window, sources, exclusions, calculations and limitations. Numerical claims must match preserved observations or clearly labeled simulations. A hypothesis is not reported as a finding. Negative, empty and inconvenient observations are not removed to improve a product story.
No fabricated authority
We do not invent customers, testimonials, experts, interviews, reviewers, awards or affiliations. We do not rank Workflow Inspector in reviews conducted by its own publication. A company-supplied profile is not independent editorial coverage. Public-source organizations are not endorsers merely because their records appear in a study.
AI assistance and review
AI tools can assist with research, analysis, coding and writing. We disclose that assistance and check numerical outputs against preserved evidence and executable tests. We do not claim a human expert reviewed material unless that review actually happened, and do not imply external peer review. The publisher remains responsible for published material and corrections.
Sponsorship and competing interests
Any paid placement or externally sponsored work must carry a visible label and name its sponsor. Sponsored material cannot be disguised as an independent recommendation. Our first pilot has no external sponsor. Ownership is still a commercial interest even when nobody pays for an individual study.
Privacy and proprietary information
Collect only what the stated research needs. Prefer public factual metadata and aggregates. Do not republish issue narratives or individual profiles merely because they can be retrieved. Customer evidence requires an appropriate permission and privacy review before research reuse; we do not have a blanket right to publish it. Proprietary HRI formulas, weights, thresholds, internal prompts, credentials and customer records are outside this publication's public downloads.
Corrections, dates and versions
Corrections are recorded on the corrections page and linked from affected studies. Material changes require a new version and a description of what changed. Preserve the prior measurement snapshot for reproducibility unless privacy or safety requires removal. Do not silently recalculate old research on changing live data or reset publication dates to make an old article look new.
