Workflow Inspector Chronicle · Evidence and decision history
Keep what happened beside what people decided.
Chronicle brings a searchable source chronology together with saved human decision records. Revisit the recorded sequence and the rationale your team explicitly supplied without inventing a story to fill the gaps.

What was recorded, and what did we decide?
Searchable source chronology
Find recorded events by source, event identifier, case, stage, or event type. Pagination changes the displayed history, not the evidence window used by other measurements.
Human-authored decisions
Record a decision and its supporting context as a human note. A decision recorded in operational data does not automatically supply its rationale or intent.
Visible revisions
Append a revision to a decision record while preserving earlier versions. Saved notes and source-event facts retain distinct origins.
Illustrative example
Fictional example, not customer evidence or a measured customer outcome.
- Observation
- A fictional source records a handoff accepted at 10:30. A team member separately records a decision to test a readiness checklist.
- Interpretation
- The timestamp is a source observation. The checklist rationale is a human-authored note; Chronicle does not infer it from the handoff event.
- Next step
- Link the relevant evidence and append a revision when the team's reasoning changes, keeping the earlier record available.
What you need
- Accepted events with source identifiers and timestamps for the history you want to inspect.
- A selected workspace, workflow, and evidence window. Activity outside that window is not reconstructed.
- A permitted workspace member must explicitly enter decision context. Unknown rationale stays unknown until a person supplies it.
Known limits
- The chronology is limited to retained evidence and the chosen time window, not a complete organizational memory.
- Human notes are attributed inputs, not automatically verified facts or inferred motives.
- A decision record does not execute a workflow change or establish that the decision produced a later outcome.
Results describe the accepted records in the selected time window. Missing timestamps, ambiguous event pairs, unavailable metrics, and unverified source completeness remain visible limitations. Missing data is not treated as zero or filled in with inferred activity.
Workspace access and privacy
Sign-in and membership in the selected workspace are required. The server checks workspace membership, product capability, and permissions for each request. Authorized retained history can remain readable after a subscription ends; new records require an active eligible subscription. Evidence and saved records stay scoped to that workspace and workflow; public product pages contain no customer records.
