Workflow Inspector Sentinel · Observed workflow conditions
Review the conditions your evidence can support.
Sentinel organizes evidence-derived workflow conditions for human review. It distinguishes recorded exceptions, open ownership gaps, overdue handoffs, and measurement-quality issues without treating missing evidence as an all-clear.

Which observed conditions need a human review?
Condition register
Inspect conditions supported by the chosen window, including overdue handoffs, explicit ownership gaps, exceptions, escalations, source disagreement, and deadline leakage when the required evidence exists.
Traceable scope
See whether references directly establish an event or are supporting window inputs for an aggregate. Ambiguous and unmatched observations are labeled separately.
Human review trail
Save a review of a condition and its supporting snapshot. The review is a human assessment; the next measurement still depends on the evidence available then.
Illustrative example
Fictional example, not customer evidence or a measured customer outcome.
- Observation
- A fictional handoff has a recorded ready event and no unambiguous acceptance before the window closes, after the configured target.
- Interpretation
- The evidence supports an observed overdue handoff under those settings. Acceptance recorded elsewhere or after the cutoff remains unknown.
- Next step
- Inspect the source records and note the review. Check for missing evidence before deciding what operational action is appropriate.
What you need
- Operational event types appropriate to the condition, such as handoff-ready and handoff-accepted records or explicit ownership changes.
- Configured measurement settings, including the handoff acceptance target where applicable.
- A bounded time window and permission to review the selected workflow. Source coverage and reference limits must be considered.
Known limits
- No observed conditions means none were found in the accepted evidence. It does not establish that the workflow is healthy or complete.
- An unmatched event may reflect missing context or a window boundary rather than an operational failure.
- This version does not send external alerts, enforce policies, or score employees. Conditions do not establish a person's intent or performance.
Results describe the accepted records in the selected time window. Missing timestamps, ambiguous event pairs, unavailable metrics, and unverified source completeness remain visible limitations. Missing data is not treated as zero or filled in with inferred activity.
Workspace access and privacy
Sign-in and membership in the selected workspace are required. The server checks workspace membership, product capability, and permissions for each request. Authorized retained history can remain readable after a subscription ends; new records require an active eligible subscription. Evidence and saved records stay scoped to that workspace and workflow; public product pages contain no customer records.
