Workflow Inspector Pulse · Measured workflow vitals
Read the measurements. See what is missing.
Pulse gives your team a measured view of one workflow's recorded activity. Read metrics alongside their sample support, evidence coverage, and freshness, then compare saved snapshots without hiding incompatible or unavailable measurements.

What can we measure from this evidence window?
Metric-level support
Inspect available workflow metrics, units, sample counts, and evidence references. An unavailable value is shown as insufficient data, not a zero or a healthy score.
Coverage and observed freshness
See accepted event and case counts, ambiguous or unmatched observations, and the age of the latest recorded event. Event age is not a source-sync guarantee.
Saved snapshot comparison
Compare frozen snapshots with their windows and configuration context. Unsupported metric comparisons remain unavailable rather than being repaired or guessed.
Illustrative example
Fictional example, not customer evidence or a measured customer outcome.
- Observation
- A fictional window contains handoff-ready events but no completed, unambiguously matched handoffs.
- Interpretation
- The completed-handoff latency metric is unavailable. Pulse does not turn the missing duration into zero hours or treat it as evidence of good performance.
- Next step
- Inspect unmatched events and source coverage, then select an appropriate window or supply the missing accepted evidence.
What you need
- Accepted events for the selected workflow and time window. Each metric needs its own event types and unambiguous matches.
- The measurement configuration used to calculate the snapshot, including applicable deadline and correlation settings.
- Saved snapshots for a historical comparison. Changes in coverage, case mix, and configuration need human consideration.
Known limits
- Pulse is a recorded-evidence view, not an organization-wide health score or a forecast.
- The latest event timestamp does not show that every source is synchronized or that all work has been captured.
- Metric movements do not prove that an intervention caused a change. Costs, realized savings, and individual employee scores are not part of this view.
Results describe the accepted records in the selected time window. Missing timestamps, ambiguous event pairs, unavailable metrics, and unverified source completeness remain visible limitations. Missing data is not treated as zero or filled in with inferred activity.
Workspace access and privacy
Sign-in and membership in the selected workspace are required. The server checks workspace membership, product capability, and permissions for each request. Authorized retained history can remain readable after a subscription ends; new records require an active eligible subscription. Evidence and saved records stay scoped to that workspace and workflow; public product pages contain no customer records.
