Test the products. Publish your own findings.
This is a first-party testing guide supplied by Workflow Inspector, not an independent review, endorsement or customer success story. AI assisted its preparation. An independent reviewer decides what to test, whether to publish and what conclusions to draw.
The public examples use fictional or synthetic data. They do not establish real customer outcomes, security completeness or production performance. Testing an example does not verify the paid customer path.
1. Workflow and handoff diagnostics
Read the fictional worked handoff investigation and download the worksheet. Check whether the proposed failure point follows from the supplied observations, whether alternatives are acknowledged, and whether the next experiment is testable. Distinguish an editorial example from a paid, generated report.
For a paid-path review, record the intake you supplied and compare every reported claim with that intake. Do not use customer-identifying information without permission. The $19 Process Autopsy is a one-time intake-based analysis; the $149/month Handoff Diagnostic is a separate recurring product. It does not automatically observe a company's activity. Current diagnostic plans and terms.
2. SaaS Customer Onboarding
Inspect the fictional measurement example and the sample audit. Review the difference between a self-reported score, an intake-based audit and measurements calculated from imported activity.
When reviewing an authorized workspace, record the input source and time range. Check case timelines, missing owners, incomplete timestamps and baseline/follow-up comparability. An improvement in a small example is not proof of causation or customer savings. The audit is $199 once; Team is $499/month; Organization is $1,199/month. These are self-service software products, not implementation consulting. Verify current connection availability before claiming an integration works. Product scope and current availability.
3. Ledger Check
Run the browser-only synthetic example and download its documented CSV template. In a separate test file, use a $100 payment with a $3.20 fee and a full $100 refund with no fee refund: the combined net movement should be negative $3.20. Keep other rows and currencies out of that test. This is made-up arithmetic, not a claim about Stripe's fee schedule.
Test identical duplicate IDs, conflicting duplicate IDs and a second currency separately. Check that currencies are not combined and rejected records are explained. The checker does not establish that a bank deposit arrived. Paid imports and event-based document automation require separate testing; localized PDFs are accounting copies, not newly issued legal invoices. Formats and limitations.
4. Prompt Guard
Run the local scanner on made-up text, then inspect the published synthetic evaluation and known misses. Record actual results for supported email and key patterns, harmless lookalikes and intentionally unsupported formats. Report false positives and missed detections, not just successful replacements.
Hosted tests need a separate authorized integration. Only supported text routed through the proxy is checked. It does not protect text already entered into the ChatGPT website, and it does not detect every private detail. Test blocked formats and request limits before making enforcement claims. Do not paste real secrets into a public review or a chat.
What to publish with a review
Record the review date, exact product and tier, URLs, test fixtures, actual outputs, setup requirements, failures and limitations. Clearly distinguish public-demo checks, paid-path tests and observed customer results. Disclose complimentary access, affiliations or other material support. We do not require a favorable verdict or editorial approval rights.
No payment, affiliate arrangement, production access or complimentary subscription is granted by this guide. Contact Walter Weaver to discuss a specific test. Credentials and private customer information must not be sent in an editorial pitch.
